目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术后早期功能锻炼的护理及其效果。方法:将我院收治的74例行人工髋关节置换术患者随机分为实验组及对照组各37例,对照组实施常规护理干预,实验组实施早期功能锻炼护理干预,观察两组患者并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果:实验组并发症发生率为2.7%,对照组为27.0%;实验组术后生活质量SF-36评分为(74.81±16.04)分,对照组为(48.72±12.77)分,以上两组比较均有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:接受人工髋关节置换术患者实施早期功能锻炼时加强其针对性护理措施,可使患者早期下床活动,增强机体的抗病能力,提高患者的生活质量,减少各种并发症的发生,防止髋关节周围软组织粘连、挛缩,减少住院时间。

목적:탐토인공관관절치환술후조기공능단련적호리급기효과。방법:장아원수치적74례행인공관관절치환술환자수궤분위실험조급대조조각37례,대조조실시상규호리간예,실험조실시조기공능단련호리간예,관찰량조환자병발증발생정황급생활질량。결과:실험조병발증발생솔위2.7%,대조조위27.0%;실험조술후생활질량SF-36평분위(74.81±16.04)분,대조조위(48.72±12.77)분,이상량조비교균유현저성차이(P﹤0.05)。결론:접수인공관관절치환술환자실시조기공능단련시가강기침대성호리조시,가사환자조기하상활동,증강궤체적항병능력,제고환자적생활질량,감소각충병발증적발생,방지관관절주위연조직점련、련축,감소주원시간。
Objective:To explore the nursing method and investigate the effect of early functional exercise in patients after total hip ar-throplasty. Methods:74 patients who underwent total artificial hip joint replacement in our hospital were randomly divided into the experi-mental group and the control group(37 cases in each group). The routine nursing intervention was implemented in the control group and the early functional exercise was adopted in the experimental group,the incidence of complications was observed in the two groups. Re-sults:The incidence of complications was 2. 7% in the experimental group and 27% in the control group;the postoperative SF-36 scores oflifequalitywere74.81±16.points in experimental group and 48. 72 ±12. 77 points in the control group(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion: The early functional exercise combined with targeted nursing measures can have the patients get early ambulation and can improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of complications in patients after total hip arthroplasty.
