专利评价是专利奖励的基础，在各国专利奖项评选日益增多的现状下，系统梳理国内外专利评价指标体系及其运用特征，发现国内专利评价指标对国外的成熟指标表现出较高的依存度，在体系的设计上有固化的趋势，并未对评价目的和对象作更周全的考虑；在实际运用中，评价体系的目的和对象明确，可操作性强，但相关指标的具体设置未能兼具科学性。

Patent evaluation is the basis for the patent award.Today with increasing number of patent awards in the world, it is more important to build an efficient evaluation system.The paper systematically analyzed domestic and foreign patent e-valuation systems and their application features.It concluded that evaluation of domestic patent index showed a higher de-pendence on mature foreign systems and the design had solidified trend,without comprehensive consideration of the purpose and object of the evaluation.Besides,in practice,the purposes and objects of evaluation system were clear and easy to op-erate,but the indicators were not fully scientific.
