Customer participation in new product development can effectively promote enterprises’technological innovation capability. Based on the perspective of customer knowledge transfer,from knowledge characteristics and relational embed-dedness,the paper explores the correlation mechanism between customer participation in new product development and en-terprises’technological innovation capability. Taking Co. XIAOMI as a case,the paper further verifies the correlation mechanism between customer participation in new product development and enterprises'technological innovation capability.
