首先依据五大国际组织对风险管理过程的划分,将风险管理过程分为风险识别、风险分析、风险评价、风险应对、风险监控五个阶段,并将风险矩阵应用于风险管理的每个阶段。其次,从过程维和风险维两个维度分别对企业技术创新风险进行识别,在此基础上,利用德尔菲法分析风险因素发生的可能性和后果的严重程度,并根据评价结果采取相应的风险应对方式。最后,总结企业技术创新风险监控的几种方法。

Firstly,according to the divisions of risk management process by five international organizations,the risk man-agement process is divided into risk identification,risk analysis,risk evaluation,risk response,risk monitoring,and the risk matrix is applied to each stage of risk management. Secondly,the paper identifies the risk of technology innovation from the two dimensions of process and risk. On this basis,the Delphi method is used to analyze the risk factors of the like-lihood and the severity of consequences,and appropriate risk response is taken according to the evaluation results. Finally, several ways to monitor technology innovation risk are summarized.
