在风电场中配置储能系统,利用储能系统的快速调节能力,及时平抑和补偿风电出力波动,是应对大规模风电接入的有效方法。如何根据风电场的预测水平确定储能系统的最大功率和额定容量,是一个亟须研究的课题。文中提出了一种基于风电功率预测误差分析的储能系统规模确定方法,并建立了储能装置规模与风电场风能损失之间的成本与效益模型。最后,以美国德克萨斯州某风电场数据为例,验证了所提储能容量优化配置方法的正确性和可行性。

Energy storage systems in wind farms can effectively compensate for the fluctuation of wind energy. How to determine the size of energy storage system in a wind farm is a topic in need of immediate study.A novel method is proposed for designing the optimal size of an energy storage system considering wind power uncertainty.This approach uses the non-parametric estimation method for analysis of the wind power forecast error and the cumulative wind power deviation during the scheduling period.With the knowledge,a cost and benefit analysis model is developed to obtain the optimal size of the energy storage system.A series of wind farm data in California are used as numerical cases,which shows that the algorithm is feasible and successful in designing the optimal size of the energy storage system.
