The paper classifies evaluation phase according to the characteristics of green building, selects appropriate eva-luation indicators, and then designs economy evaluation index system based on life-cycle green building. Scientific concl-usions are got through the analysis of the integrated economy. The paper provides the basis for project decision-making and the economic benefit evaluation and promotes a healthy de-velopment of the green building market.
