世博场馆的建设与后续利用一直是举办城市必须考虑的问题。本文通过对2010世博会上汽-通用馆改造为上海儿童艺术剧场的设计实践，阐述了运用创新思路下的改建设计策略与方法，为妥善利用世博遗产和延续世博精神进行了有益的探索。

The issue of construction and subsequent use of expo venues must be taken into account to host city. This article expounds the rebuilding design strategies and methods by using innovative ideas, based on the design practice of turning SAIC-GM pavilion into Shanghai children's art theater, and conducts profitable trials to properly use the expo legacy and the continuation of the expo spirit.
