FCC Process is an important approach for oil refining industry to use petroleum resource effectively. The difference of feed property and product distribution between different oil refining enterprises makes the development of FCC process has a tendency of diversification. The driving force of the development of FCC process is that the quality of crude oil going worse and the more strict environmental protection requirements; the purpose of the development of FCC process is to enhance the heavy oil cracking ability, improve the distribution of products and product quality, reduce pollutant discharging, and increase economic benefit; and the basic methods are increase catalyst to oil ratio, decrease reaction time, let different reactions occurred in different regions, and recycle a part of spent catalyst, etc.
