基于城市污水处理厂高效稳定运营的要求,建立了能够突出稳定达标,降低成本为目标的污水处理厂绩效评估体系。该体系以稳定达标、降低成本和优化运行为基本要求,以污水处理负荷、 COD削减量污泥处理量、吨水处理成本、单项处理成本及排水处理管理等为指标,以定量指标计算和定性指标打分的方法,并采用现有污水处理厂数据统计分析、文献调研、专家咨询等方法给出了计算所需打分等级。

A sewage treatment plant performance evaluation system , with highlight stability , standard and low cost as the goal, was establish based on highly efficient and stable operation of urban sewage treatment plant .Reaching the standard steady , reduce costs , and optimizing the operation were the basic requirements of the system.The indicators of the system were sewage load , COD reduction , sludge productivity , water treatment cost , single processing cost and drainage process management.Quantitative index calculation and qualitative index score were used in the system.The standard value and grade of the calculation were proposed by means of the existingsewage treatment plant statistical analysis , literature research and expert advice.
