临床医学专业有机化学普遍存在学时少、内容多、学生化学基础薄弱等问题，教学效果往往不理想。为提高教学质量，结合临床医学专业特点，制订了教学目标；对教学内容进行了改革与优化，使教学内容贴近生活、贴近临床医学、满足后续课程需要，并适当增加有机化学史，取得良好教学效果。

The ubiquity of less hours , more content , weaker chemistry basic , resulted in the unsatisfactory teaching effect in organic chemistry for clinical medicine specialty.The teaching objectives were formulated based on the clinical medicine specialty properties to improve teaching quality.The teaching contents were reformed and optimized in order to close to life and the clinical medicine , further to meet the subsequent courses needs , and organic chemistry history was appropriately added in teaching , consequently a good teaching effect was obtained.
