探讨了辛基酚对活性污泥的抑制效应以及维生素C、维生素E单独和联合作用时对抑制效应的拮抗作用。实验结果表明,辛基酚浓度达到64 mg/L时,对本实验系统的活性污泥的比耗氧速率抑制率可达79.7%。维生素E对辛基酚抑制效应有较好的拮抗作用,而维生素C对辛基酚抑制效应的拮抗作用不明显,且高浓度反而会减弱污泥活性。低浓度维生素C与维生素E联合,对污泥抵抗辛基酚抑制效应起协同作用。
探討瞭辛基酚對活性汙泥的抑製效應以及維生素C、維生素E單獨和聯閤作用時對抑製效應的拮抗作用。實驗結果錶明,辛基酚濃度達到64 mg/L時,對本實驗繫統的活性汙泥的比耗氧速率抑製率可達79.7%。維生素E對辛基酚抑製效應有較好的拮抗作用,而維生素C對辛基酚抑製效應的拮抗作用不明顯,且高濃度反而會減弱汙泥活性。低濃度維生素C與維生素E聯閤,對汙泥牴抗辛基酚抑製效應起協同作用。
탐토료신기분대활성오니적억제효응이급유생소C、유생소E단독화연합작용시대억제효응적길항작용。실험결과표명,신기분농도체도64 mg/L시,대본실험계통적활성오니적비모양속솔억제솔가체79.7%。유생소E대신기분억제효응유교호적길항작용,이유생소C대신기분억제효응적길항작용불명현,차고농도반이회감약오니활성。저농도유생소C여유생소E연합,대오니저항신기분억제효응기협동작용。
The inhibitory effect of octylphenol on activated sludge and the antagonistic effect of vitamin C , vitamin E and their mixture on inhibitory effect were discussed.The results showed that when octylphenol concentration was 64 mg/L, the inhibition rate on specific oxygen uptake rate ( SOUR) of activated sludge could reach 79.7%.Vitamin E had better antagonistic effect on the inhibitory effect of octylphenol , the antagonistic effect of Vitamin C on the inhibitory effect of octylphenol was not obviously.Low concentration vitamin C combining with vitamin E had a synergistic effect on inhibitory effect of sludge resisting octylphenol.
