实验制备了多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWNTs/GCE),在pH=3.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,用循环伏安法(CV)和微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)探讨了槲皮素在修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明: MWNTs/GCE对槲皮素的氧化还原反应有更明显的电催化作用。微分脉冲伏安法检测表明:在2.0×10-6~1.0×10-4 mol· L-1浓度范围内,槲皮素的主氧化峰峰电流与浓度存在良好的线性关系,表明该电极可用于槲皮素的检测。
實驗製備瞭多壁碳納米管脩飾玻碳電極(MWNTs/GCE),在pH=3.0的燐痠鹽緩遲溶液(PBS)中,用循環伏安法(CV)和微分脈遲伏安法(DPV)探討瞭槲皮素在脩飾電極上的電化學行為。結果錶明: MWNTs/GCE對槲皮素的氧化還原反應有更明顯的電催化作用。微分脈遲伏安法檢測錶明:在2.0×10-6~1.0×10-4 mol· L-1濃度範圍內,槲皮素的主氧化峰峰電流與濃度存在良好的線性關繫,錶明該電極可用于槲皮素的檢測。

A multi -wall carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode ( MWNTs/GCE ) was prepared.The electrochemical behavior of quercetin at the modified electrode was investigated in pH =3.0 phosphate -buffered saline ( PBS) by cyclic voltammetry ( CV) and differential pulse voltammetry ( DPV).The result showed that the MWNTs/GCE possessed an excellent electrocatalytic activity for the redox of quercetin.Differential pulse voltammetry indicated that there was a good linear relationship between the main oxidation peak current of quercetin and its concentration within the range of 2.0 ×10 -6 ~1.0 ×10 -4 mol· L -1 , which can be used for the determination of quercetin.
