采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了麝香心脑通片剂中葛根素的含量。采用ODS RP-C18色谱柱，甲醇-0.025 M磷酸（20：80）为流动相，检测波长250 nm，柱温30℃，流速1 mL/min，进样量20μL，葛根素在0.005～0.05 mg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好， r＝0.9998，平均回收率为100.3％， RSD＝0.9％（ n＝5）。本方法操作简便，结果可靠，重现性好，可作为该药质量控制的方法。

The content of puerarin in Shexiang Xinnaotong was determined with RP -HPLC method.On Dikma RP-C18 , puerarin was detected by using a mixture of methanol and phosphoric acid (20:80) as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1 mL/min, and a column temperature of 30℃, and the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm.The linear range of puerarin was in the range of 0.005~0.05 mg/mL( r=0.9998 ).The average recovery was 100.3%and RSD=0.9%( n =5 ).The method was simple , accurate with good reproducible , which could be used for the quality control of Shexiang Xinnaotong.
