建立王水水浴消解-双道原子荧光光谱法同时测定土壤中的砷和硒的方法,研究并优化了王水水浴消解条件和仪器测定条件,对3种土壤成分分析标准物质进行了检测。结果表明,该方法操作简单、测定速度快、灵敏度高、准确度好,适用于大批量土壤样品中砷和硒的同时测定。

The analysis method for simultaneous determination of arsenic and selenium in soil with aqua regia digestion in water bath and double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry ( AFS) was established , aqua regia digestion in water bath digestion and AFS determination conditions were optimized , and three types certified reference materials for the chemical composition of soil were analyzed.The method was simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, and applicable to the determination of arsenic and selenium in large quantities in soil samples at the same time.
