硝基呋喃类化合物及其代谢物具有强毒性和强致癌作用,本文研究了液相色谱-串联质谱法检测水产中4类硝基呋喃类物质代谢物的方法。结果表明,方法线性范围0.25~10.0μg/L,线性相关系数大于0.9992,在0.50、1.0、5.0μg/kg 三个添加水平回收率82%~110%,相对标准偏差2.7%~10%。分析某区水产中硝基呋喃类药物使用状况: AOZ和SEM使用最普遍, AMOZ使用较少, AHD未发现检出样品。

Nitrofuran compounds and their metabolites were toxic and carcinogenic effect , and the method of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry detection of aquatic 4 nitrofurans metabolite was studied.The result showed that linear range of the method was 0.25~10.0μg/kg, the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 2, 0.50, 1 , 5 μg/kg three addition level of recovery was 82%~110%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.7%~10%.Analysis on the utilization situation of nitrofuran drugs in aquaculture showed that AOZ and SEM was the most common use, AMOZ was used less, and AHD was not found in samples.
