研究了硫化剂和硫化助剂对F246氟橡胶硫化特性和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明：随着硫化剂双-25量增大，氟橡胶t90缩短，最低和最高扭矩增大，拉伸强度先增大后减小，扯断伸长率和撕裂强度先减小后增大，硬度一直增大；随着硫化助剂TAIC量增大，氟橡胶t90同样缩短，最低扭矩不变，最高扭矩增大，拉伸强度先增大后减小，扯断伸长率和撕裂强度一直减小，硬度一直增大。

The effects of curing agent and curing additive on the vulcanization characteristics and mechanical properties of F246 fluororubber were investigated.The results showed that with the increasing of curing agent double -25, the t90 shortened, the minimum and the maximum torque increased , the tensile strength increased first and then decreased , the tensile elongation and tear strength decreased first and then increased and the hardness increased .With the curing additive TAIC , the t90 shortened , the minimum torque unchanged , the maximum torque increased , the tensile strength increased first and then decreased , the tensile elongation and tear strength decreased , and the hardness increased.
