研究了硫化剂和硫化助剂对F246氟橡胶硫化特性和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着硫化剂双-25量增大,氟橡胶t90缩短,最低和最高扭矩增大,拉伸强度先增大后减小,扯断伸长率和撕裂强度先减小后增大,硬度一直增大;随着硫化助剂TAIC量增大,氟橡胶t90同样缩短,最低扭矩不变,最高扭矩增大,拉伸强度先增大后减小,扯断伸长率和撕裂强度一直减小,硬度一直增大。
研究瞭硫化劑和硫化助劑對F246氟橡膠硫化特性和力學性能的影響。研究結果錶明:隨著硫化劑雙-25量增大,氟橡膠t90縮短,最低和最高扭矩增大,拉伸彊度先增大後減小,扯斷伸長率和撕裂彊度先減小後增大,硬度一直增大;隨著硫化助劑TAIC量增大,氟橡膠t90同樣縮短,最低扭矩不變,最高扭矩增大,拉伸彊度先增大後減小,扯斷伸長率和撕裂彊度一直減小,硬度一直增大。

The effects of curing agent and curing additive on the vulcanization characteristics and mechanical properties of F246 fluororubber were investigated.The results showed that with the increasing of curing agent double -25, the t90 shortened, the minimum and the maximum torque increased , the tensile strength increased first and then decreased , the tensile elongation and tear strength decreased first and then increased and the hardness increased .With the curing additive TAIC , the t90 shortened , the minimum torque unchanged , the maximum torque increased , the tensile strength increased first and then decreased , the tensile elongation and tear strength decreased , and the hardness increased.
