目的：探讨骨科外来器械管理中存在的问题，制定有针对性的管理措施。方法了解骨科外来器械的使用情况，加强骨科外来器械的管理，在手术室设立骨科专科组，建立和完善人员及器械的管理流程，保障了外来器械的安全使用。结果2009年采取严格的管理措施以来，未出现因外来器械原因导致的手术推迟、失败，术后感染率明显下降。结论加强对手术室骨科外来器械及人员的管理，能够有效地减少医疗安全隐患，确保手术安全。
목적：탐토골과외래기계관리중존재적문제，제정유침대성적관리조시。방법료해골과외래기계적사용정황，가강골과외래기계적관리，재수술실설립골과전과조，건립화완선인원급기계적관리류정，보장료외래기계적안전사용。결과2009년채취엄격적관리조시이래，미출현인외래기계원인도치적수술추지、실패，술후감염솔명현하강。결론가강대수술실골과외래기계급인원적관리，능구유효지감소의료안전은환，학보수술안전。
Objective To evaluate orthopedics of extraneous instruments on the problems existing in the management, the development of targeted management measures. Method Understanding the orthopedics external device use, strengthen external instrument management of orthopedics, operation room of orthopedics specialist group, the establishment, the establishment and improvement of personnel and equipment management process, ensure the safe use of external equipment. Result Stringent management measures since 2009, did not appear due to external devices causes delayed operation, failure, postoperative infection rate decreased.
