院本实验目的是研究金针菇菇根水溶性成分的提取技术。以金针菇菇根为原料,通过热水浸提法,提取金针菇菇根水溶性浸膏,并通过多因素正交试验优化了其提取的工艺条件。金针菇菇根水溶性成分获取的最佳工艺条件为料液比1:10,提取温度为90益,提取时间为4h,浸膏得率为35.7%。

The objective of this paper is to study the extraction technology of water-soluble ingredient in flammulina velutipes root. In this study, we obtained the water soluble extract of Flammulina velutipes root through by hot water extraction technology, and optimized the extraction condition through multi factor orthogonal experiment. The best procedure for acquisition of these water extracts was determined, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:10, the extraction temperature was 90℃and the time was 4h, the extraction rate was 35.7%, respectively.
