选取2~5胎成年荷斯坦泌乳母牛20头,按照胎次、产奶量及泌乳期相同的原则进行配对,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在对照日粮基础上添加1豫的复合添加剂,进行49 d的饲喂对比试验,研究复合添加剂对奶牛产奶量和乳成分的影响。结果表明:试验前组间产奶量和乳成分差异均不显著(p>0.05)。试验第14天,试验组和对照组乳成分差异均不显著(p>0.05),试验第28、42天,试验组和对照组中乳脂率、乳蛋白和乳糖成分差异均显著(p<0.05),且试验组产奶量分别高于对照组1.32 kg和1.41 kg。

20 heads 2~5 adult holstein secrete milk cow were selected,according to the principle of milk production and lactation period,the same match,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(each group of 10 heads).Control group were fed based diet,experimental group in the control diet on the basis of adding 1% compound additive. During the whole period of 49 days,the effects of composite additive on cow milk yield and milk composition were studied.The results showed that the differences of milk yield and milk composition before the test were not significant(p>0.05).Test for 14 days,experimental group and control group in milk composition differences were not significant(p>0.05).Test for the 28 th day and the 42 th day,butterfat rate in the experimental group and control group,the composition of milk protein and lactose were significantly different(p<0.05),milk production of the test group were higher than that of the control group 1.32 kg and 1.41 kg,respectively.
