观察竹园沟钼矿床组构特征,矿石主要为半自形片状结构和细脉状构造,体现了成矿母岩侵入的外接触带特征;矿石金属矿物以辉钼矿为主,其中铜、铅、锌等矿物极少。赋矿岩石主要为细粒花岗岩,这种类型在东秦岭几十个超大型、大中型斑岩型钼矿床中不具代表性。赋矿岩石为高酸富铝超碱的钙碱性系列侵入岩。加工技术方面:用浮选方案,两个阶段均采用煤油、2#油、水玻璃和硫化钠为主要捕收剂,第一阶段用重铬酸钾,第二阶段利用SR-综合抑制剂,均达到回收率为81%,钼精矿品位为45%~47%的满意效果,一方面说明试验方法得当,另一方面揭示了东秦岭花岗岩型辉钼矿石为易选的客观事实。

It is observed that fabric characteristics,ore structure of Zhuyuangou molybdenum deposit are mainly hy-pautomorphic-laminated and fine vein,which embodies the characteristics of mother rock intrusive outer contact zone;metal minerals are probably molybdenite,with little copper,lead and zinc.Ore rocks are mainly fine grained granite;this type is not so representative in dozens of super large,large and medium-sized porphyry molybdenum deposits in Eastern Qinling.The ore rock belongs to calcium alkaline intrusive rock series with high acid,rich in a-luminum and alkali.Processing technology is flotation,both of the two stages use kerosene,No.2 oil,sodium sili-cate and sodium sulfide as the main collector,use potassium dichromate in the first step,and SR-composite inhib-itors in the second,all of them achieve the recovery rate 81%,the grade of molybdenum concentrate reach 45%~47%,which shows that test method is correct,on the other hand,it reveals that the granite molybdenite ore in Eastern Qinling is easy to be concentrated.
