冬季两项比赛制胜规律指导我国冬季两项运动员训练、比赛的一个重要理论基础,“两快一准”是我国教练员对冬季两项致胜规律的经验性总结,但随着时代的发展如何更好地理解和发展这个理论原则,已经成为我们提高冬季两项竞技水平,发展冬季两项的一个主要的科研任务。通过分析世界杯比赛数据,发现世界高水平选手近几年来的成绩变化具有一定的规律性,滑行速度快是决定比赛成绩的核心因素,滑行快需要建立在运动员合理的滑行速度节奏与分配体能上,逐圈加速的策略更为适合冬季两项短距离的比赛;在保证射击命中率的前提下,获得最快的射击才是较为合理、科学的技术。这提示我们需要我们对进行冬季两项比赛的胜规律进行进一步的研究,赋予他更加深刻的内涵才能成为指导我们进行科学训练的原则。

The winning laws of biathlon competition is an important theoretical guidance for Chinese athletes' training and competition. Considering the winning laws of "two speediness one accuracy"as Chinese coaches' empirical conclusion,with the times development,how to further understand and develop this theoretical principle has become a main task of scientific research for improving the competitiveness of Chinese biathlon. By analyzing the competition data of world cup,the paper finds out that there is a certain regularity in the changes of world high-level athletes' performance. The fast speed is the core factor of deciding competitive results,and needs to be formed by right skiing rhythm and physical energy distribution. The strategy of one by one circle to accelerate is better for the sprint competition. Under the premise of shooting straight,the better scientific technique is to shorten the shooting time. It reminds us to develop its deeper connotation as the guidance of scientific training by further researching the winning laws of biathlon competition.
