我国的教育改革已经进行了三十多年了，但是进展缓慢，收效甚微，本文将对我国教育改革的现状进行分析，对“授人以渔”在现代教育尤其是现代职业教育的意义和功用进行剖析，从而得出这句两千多年前的名句在现代教育尤其是在现代职业教育中的意义和功用。促使我国教育尤其是职业教育从传统的“传道，授业，解惑”向“方法、技能和能力”培养的转变，以促使我国现代教育尤其是职业教育改革的步伐。

Our country's education reform has been carried out for more than thirty years, but the progress is slow and the effect is little. By analyzing the present situation of education reform and the meaning and function of modern vocational education, the significance and function of the famous rhesis"Teach one to fish"appeared more than two thousand years ago are obtained in the modern education. It helps education,especially vocational education in our country transform from the traditional "preach, teach, dispel doubt" to "methods, skills, and ability" so as to promote the pace of the modern education, especially vocational education reform in our country.
