从古松的纵向和横向研究了沈阳福陵不同深度古松土壤酶活性变化。结果表明:枯死古松根区土壤的过氧化氢酶、脲酶、转化酶、磷酸酶活性明显低于对照古松,说明枯死古松根区土壤的生物转化能力明显降低,这与土壤氮素和磷素的供应能力下降,以及土壤保肥能力和结构性的恶化是一致的。
從古鬆的縱嚮和橫嚮研究瞭瀋暘福陵不同深度古鬆土壤酶活性變化。結果錶明:枯死古鬆根區土壤的過氧化氫酶、脲酶、轉化酶、燐痠酶活性明顯低于對照古鬆,說明枯死古鬆根區土壤的生物轉化能力明顯降低,這與土壤氮素和燐素的供應能力下降,以及土壤保肥能力和結構性的噁化是一緻的。
종고송적종향화횡향연구료침양복릉불동심도고송토양매활성변화。결과표명:고사고송근구토양적과양화경매、뇨매、전화매、린산매활성명현저우대조고송,설명고사고송근구토양적생물전화능력명현강저,저여토양담소화린소적공응능력하강,이급토양보비능력화결구성적악화시일치적。
This article studied aged-pine’ s soil enzymatic activity property of root district from lateral and longitudinal direction in Shenyang east imperial tomb. The results showed that the activity of catalase, invertase, phosphatase under root district soil of aged-pine below contrast tree, which means the biological activity of aged-pine's soil below contrast tree. The activity of urease under root district soil of aged-pine higher than contrast tree, so urea nitrogen decompose faster, this can lead to soil nitrogen loss.
