为了研究拧紧速度对螺栓拧紧特性的影响,利用多功能螺栓紧固分析系统对紧固件进行转矩---夹紧力试验,通过试验分析得出摩擦系数随着拧紧速度的增大而减小并逐渐趋于稳定;同时摩擦系数是影响转矩系数的主要因素,转矩系数是摩擦系数的增函数,在一定范围内,转矩系数与摩擦系数呈同增减趋势;紧固件的拧紧过程,摩擦会产生高温,温度变化是使摩擦系数发生变化的重要因素。
為瞭研究擰緊速度對螺栓擰緊特性的影響,利用多功能螺栓緊固分析繫統對緊固件進行轉矩---夾緊力試驗,通過試驗分析得齣摩抆繫數隨著擰緊速度的增大而減小併逐漸趨于穩定;同時摩抆繫數是影響轉矩繫數的主要因素,轉矩繫數是摩抆繫數的增函數,在一定範圍內,轉矩繫數與摩抆繫數呈同增減趨勢;緊固件的擰緊過程,摩抆會產生高溫,溫度變化是使摩抆繫數髮生變化的重要因素。

In order to study the effect of screw speed on the bolt tightening characteristics ,M ulti-func-tional bolt fastening analysis system is used to analyse the fastener torque-clamping force test , through the test and analysis results show that the friction coefficient increases with the increase of screw speed and decreases and tends to be stable .At the same time ,the friction coefficient is the main factor of affecting the torque coefficient ,torque coefficient is increasing function of the friction coeffi-cient ,in a certain range ,the torque coefficient and friction coefficient with increasing trend .In the process of fasteners ,the friction can produce high temperature ,temperature variation is an important factor in the friction coefficient change .
