根据能量平衡方程计算了叶片倾角与容量系数的数值关系,基于CAD和CFD技术,建立了缓速器工作流道的三维模型,采用 RNG k-ε湍流模型模拟工作轮内部流场,分析了叶片倾角为40°,50°和60°时液体的翼面静压和湍流动能的分布规律,并利用有限体积法计算得到容量系数的数值。研究表明:叶片倾角为50°时,容量系数数值最小,其原因是叶片冲击引起的湍流最强,液流阻力最大。
根據能量平衡方程計算瞭葉片傾角與容量繫數的數值關繫,基于CAD和CFD技術,建立瞭緩速器工作流道的三維模型,採用 RNG k-ε湍流模型模擬工作輪內部流場,分析瞭葉片傾角為40°,50°和60°時液體的翼麵靜壓和湍流動能的分佈規律,併利用有限體積法計算得到容量繫數的數值。研究錶明:葉片傾角為50°時,容量繫數數值最小,其原因是葉片遲擊引起的湍流最彊,液流阻力最大。

Capacity factor was introduced to hydraulic retarder ,and the relationship between blade an-gle and capacity factor was calculated according to equation of conservation of energy .3D model of hy-draulic retarder working passage was built and using RNG k-εturbulence model ,pressure and turbu-lent kinetic energy distribution of the turbulent flow in hydrodynamic retarder were given with the blade angle of 40° ,50° and 60° .Researches showed that when the blade angle was 50° ,the value of ca-pacity factor was the smallest ,because of maximum liquid flow resistance caused by turbulent flow .
