研究了一类混合时滞四重边复杂网络模型，它既包含节点时滞和耦合时滞，又可以拆分成多个性质不同的子网络。基于Lyapunov稳定理论，设计简单的同步控制器，给出网络的全局同步准则。利用网络拆分的思想，建立一个具有4重边双重时滞的城市公交线路网络模型。最后以Lorenz系统为例进行数值模拟，同时分析公交车辆之间的控制强度和时滞时间对公交运营的影响。

A four-links complex dynamical networks with mixed delayed is introduced ,this model not only contains some sub-networks of different natures but also delaies nodes and coupling .Based on Lyapunov stability theory ,the simple synchronization controller is designed and globally synchroniza-tion criteria is given .By using method of network split ,one urban traffic network models with four-links and two delays is built .At last ,Lorenz system is considered as illustrative example ,and the af-fect of different control degrees and coupling delays on the bus dispatching is analyzed .
