为适应我国中小型天然气液化装置的发展现状,绿能公司研发了一种新型的天然气混合制冷液化技术。介绍了该技术的流程特点及在陕西定边一期92万Nm3/d LNG工厂应用情况,从工艺、设备、能耗、液化率、管理上分析,证明采用这种液化技术可靠性高、可操作性强、开停机过程容易,经济适用,有明显的优势,非常适用国内LNG发展需要,适合国情。

A novel mixed-refrigeration process for liquefaction of natural gas has been developed by the Green Energy company, which was especially designed for medium- and small-scale liquefied plants of natural gas in China. The characteristics of the three-cascade mixed-refrigerant cycle liquefaction system in terms of process, equipment, energy consumption, liquefaction rate, regulation etc. and its application in a LNG plant in Dingbian, Shaanxi were introduced. This process proved to be of high reliability, easy and economic operation with quick start, stop as well as quick load regulation, and showed tremendous value for industrial application.
