华亭60万t/a甲醇厂全厂蒸汽冷凝液系统投用后,存在一定的问题造成脱盐水制水量不足,制约系统满负荷运行。通过对蒸汽冷凝液系统全面规划,提出合理的改造措施,冷凝液得到有效回收利用,彻底解决了系统存在的各种问题,稳定生产,经济效益显著。

Some problems existed in the steam condensate system of the Huating coal to methanol plant with capacity of 600kt/a, which resulted in shortage of desalted water and restricted the operational load. Based on overall analysis of the system, revamping measures were taken. The revamped system proved to be able to recycle condensate water effectively, ensure stable operation and bring good economic benefit.
