将VOSO4担载到活性炭AC上制备了一种新型钒基催化剂,考察了其脱硫脱硝活性。结果表明制备的催化剂具有很高的低温活性。表征研究发现催化剂的活性组分并非V2O5,而应是V2O3(SO4)2。通过研究脱硫后V2O5/AC上含硫物种的热分解行为发现,脱硫反应中V2O5转化为V2O3(SO4)2,V2O5/AC用于脱硝时良好的抗硫性可能源于V2O3(SO4)2的低温催化活性。

A novel vanadium-based catalyst was prepared by depositing VOSO4 on activated carbon (AC). The catalytic activity of the catalyst for SO2 and NO removal was investigated, and the results showed that it had excellent low-temperature activity. Characterization results of the catalyst indicated that its active component should be V2O3(SO4)2 rather than V2O5. By investigating the decomposition behavior of sulfur-containing species formed on V2O5/AC, it was found that the V2O5 was transformed into V2O3(SO4)2 in presence of SO2, indicating that the promising SO2-resistant capability of V2O5/AC in SCR reaction might result from the catalytic activity of V2O3(SO4)2 at low temperatures.
