为提高鄂尔多斯盆地伊陕斜坡构造单通道井完井固井水泥环的封固质量及界面胶结强度,选用剪切稀释性良好的隔离液体系,有效隔离钻井液与水泥浆;采用微珠低密度水泥浆封固非产层,降低薄弱地层发生漏失的风险;采用胶乳水泥浆封固产层,保证产层水泥环具有良好的抗高温、防气窜性能;通过选择合适的固井工具,设计合理的完井管串,制定固井技术措施,有效解决了管内水泥塞长、替空、顶替效率差等问题,形成了单通道井完井固井技术。伊陕斜坡构造15口单通道井应用了该技术,固井质量优良率100%,优质率达到66.7%。这表明,单通道井完井固井技术能有效提高伊陕斜坡构造单通道井的固井质量。

In order to improve cementing quality of cement sheath and strength of interfacial cementa-tion during the cementing of the mono-bore well in Yishan Slope of Ordos Basin in Changqing Oilfield , spacer fluid with good shear thinning was chosen to effectively insulate mud and cement slurry .By using low density cement slurry of micro-sphere in cementing non-production interval ,the risk of cement loss in the cementing process can be reduced .Latex conventional slurry was applied to ensure high temperature re-sistance and good gas channeling prevention performance of gas-pay cement sheath .Based on the proper se-lection of the cementing tools ,design of completion string and several cementing solutions ,mono-bore well cementing technology was optimized to efficiently solve the cementing problems like high cement plug , over-displacement and poor displacement efficiency .The technique has been applied in 15 wells in Yishan Slope with fully qualified operation in which 66.7% are excellent .Cementing results indicated that the newly developed mono-bore well cementing technology can efficiently improve cement quality of mono -bore well .
