理清RCM （Reliability Centered M aintenance ）技术的流程及技术实施要点，依托以可靠性为中心的维修技术标准及工程单位经验，结合天然气净化装置的特点列出净化装置典型设备失效模式，依据净化装置现有维护记录提出该技术的实施方案构建，为RCM 技术在天然气净化装置上的推广应用奠定了基础。

Researching key point of the flow and implementation of Reliability Centered Main-tenance(RCM ) technology ,and relying on the technical standard based on RCM technology and engineering experience ,typical equipment failure modes of natural gas purification device were lis-ted according to the characteristics of purification equipment .The implementation of the technol-ogy was built based on existing maintenance records of the purifying device ,which provided the basis of RCM technology for popularization and application in natural gas purification device .
