目的：探讨不同地区舰艇人员功能性肠疾病的发病现状及其相关影响因素。方法对从事航海训练的不同地区、不同工作环境官兵的功能性肠疾病发病率进行调查，按照功能性胃肠疾病罗马Ⅲ分类及诊断标准，采用整群抽样方法进行问卷调查，共1931名，入组1882名，对功能性肠疾病中的功能性腹胀、肠易激综合征及功能性便秘进行诊断，同时对相关发病因素加以比较及分析。结果①功能性肠疾病总发病人数358例，总发病率19.02％；其中，功能性腹胀发病率8.66％，肠易激综合征发病率5.79％，功能性便秘发病率4.57％。②不同地区及不同工作环境官兵发病率比较，南方部队发病率高于其他各组。舰载飞行员发病率相对低于其他各组，而水下舰艇人员发病率相对高于其他各组，舰载飞行员与水下舰艇人员比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。③值更频度、高温高湿工作环境、吸烟、饮酒、长期饮用茶及咖啡是功能性肠疾病发病的相关影响因素。结论部队官兵功能性肠疾病总体发病率低于普通人群，但在官兵中占有相当的比例，一定程度上影响到部队正常训练及执行作战任务，应采取相应干预措施降低其发病率。
목적：탐토불동지구함정인원공능성장질병적발병현상급기상관영향인소。방법대종사항해훈련적불동지구、불동공작배경관병적공능성장질병발병솔진행조사，안조공능성위장질병라마Ⅲ분류급진단표준，채용정군추양방법진행문권조사，공1931명，입조1882명，대공능성장질병중적공능성복창、장역격종합정급공능성편비진행진단，동시대상관발병인소가이비교급분석。결과①공능성장질병총발병인수358례，총발병솔19.02％；기중，공능성복창발병솔8.66％，장역격종합정발병솔5.79％，공능성편비발병솔4.57％。②불동지구급불동공작배경관병발병솔비교，남방부대발병솔고우기타각조。함재비행원발병솔상대저우기타각조，이수하함정인원발병솔상대고우기타각조，함재비행원여수하함정인원비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。③치경빈도、고온고습공작배경、흡연、음주、장기음용다급가배시공능성장질병발병적상관영향인소。결론부대관병공능성장질병총체발병솔저우보통인군，단재관병중점유상당적비례，일정정도상영향도부대정상훈련급집행작전임무，응채취상응간예조시강저기발병솔。
Objective To investigate the mobidity and the related factors of functional entero-pathy in crew members.Methods According to functional gastrointestinal disorders ( FGIDs) RomeⅢclassification and diagnostic criteria to survey the naval officers and soldiers by multistage strati -fied random cluster sampling method .To diagnose the functional enteropathy by the international harmonization evaluation method ( SA for RomeⅢ-DQ) and selectively survey the pathema of func-tional bloating (FB), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and chronic functional constipation (FC) in functional enteropathy in 1 882 naval officers and soldiers .Results The total incidence of functional enteropathy was 358 cases, The total morbidity was 19.02%.Among these, the morbidity of funtional bloating was 8.66%, irritable bowel syndrome was 5.79%, chronic FC was 4.57%.The army mor-bidity in southern of functional enteropathy was higher than the other groups , the morbidity of the carrier based pilots group was lower than the other groups ,the morbidity of the underwater ship group was higher than the other groups .The night shift frequency , high temperature and high humidity en-vironment , smoking , drinking , drinking tea , drinking coffee were related factors influencing the functional enteropathy .Conclusion The total morbidity of FGIDs in naval officers and soldiers is lower than the general population .It still takes up a considerable proportion , which affects the nor-mal naval training and implementation of the operational tasks and needs to take certain appropriate intervention measures to reduce the morbidity .
