1例50岁女性患者，因发热、咽痛口服新雪丸1.7 g，用药5 h后患者出现烦躁，脖颈后出现红色斑丘疹，继而全身出现斑丘疹伴瘙痒，喉部有堵塞感觉，BP 100/70 mm Hg，HR 101次·min-1。给予吸氧，葡萄糖酸钙注射液（20 mL，ivgtt），地塞米松注射液（5 mg，iv），异丙嗪注射液（25 mg，im）及地氯雷他定片5 mg等抗过敏综合治疗。20 min后患者喉头不适、皮肤瘙痒症状减轻，24 h后躯干、四肢红色斑丘疹减少，其他症状也逐渐消退。2 d后，患者基本痊愈，未再出现上述症状。
1례50세녀성환자，인발열、인통구복신설환1.7 g，용약5 h후환자출현번조，발경후출현홍색반구진，계이전신출현반구진반소양，후부유도새감각，BP 100/70 mm Hg，HR 101차·min-1。급여흡양，포도당산개주사액（20 mL，ivgtt），지새미송주사액（5 mg，iv），이병진주사액（25 mg，im）급지록뢰타정편5 mg등항과민종합치료。20 min후환자후두불괄、피부소양증상감경，24 h후구간、사지홍색반구진감소，기타증상야축점소퇴。2 d후，환자기본전유，미재출현상술증상。
One 50-year-old female patient was given Xinxue pills 1.7 g because of fever and throat pain. Five hours later, the patient suffered from allergic reaction, such as irritability, shortness of breath, skin rash on back of the neck and secondary to the whole body with blood pressure of 100/70 mm Hg, heart rate of 101 beats per minute. The patient was given calcium gluconate (20 mL, ivgtt), dexamethasone (5 mg, iv), promethazine (25 mg, im), desloratadine (5 mg, po) and the inhalation of oxygen, etc. Twenty minutes later, the syndrome of throat discomfort and skin rash alleviated gradually. Red skin rash in trunk and limbs faded after 24 hours. Two days later, the patient recovered.
