两色金鸡菊原产于美国，主要作为景观植物栽培，后分布于世界各地。在我国新疆地区野生资源丰富，两色金鸡菊含有黄酮类、挥发油类、多酚类、苯丙素类、皂苷类、氨基酸类、糖类以及脂肪酸类等化学成分，具有抗炎、抗氧化、降血压、调血脂、改善凝血功能、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶、恢复糖耐量受损情况、降低血糖和抗菌等生物活性，具有很好的开发应用前景。本文对两色金鸡菊化学成分和药理作用的研究文献进行综述，为其开发利用提供参考。
량색금계국원산우미국，주요작위경관식물재배，후분포우세계각지。재아국신강지구야생자원봉부，량색금계국함유황동류、휘발유류、다분류、분병소류、조감류、안기산류、당류이급지방산류등화학성분，구유항염、항양화、강혈압、조혈지、개선응혈공능、억제α-포도당감매、회복당내량수손정황、강저혈당화항균등생물활성，구유흔호적개발응용전경。본문대량색금계국화학성분화약리작용적연구문헌진행종술，위기개발이용제공삼고。
Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt. originated in the United States, which is desirable as ornamental plant, then distributed all over the world. In China, it grows in the southern of Xinjiang as wild resources. Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt. contains lfavonoids, volatile oil, phenolic, phenylpropanoids, saponins, amino acids, sugars and fatty acids, etc. The pharmacological and biological studies revealed that the plants had many activities such as anti-inlfammatory, antioxidant, lowering blood pressure, regulating blood lipid, improving the function of blood coagulation, inhibitingα-glycosidase enzymes, recovering the impaired glucose tolerance, lowering blood sugar and antimicrobial biological activity, so it has good development prospect. In order to provide the references for the further utilization of the Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt., the recent research advances in the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities about Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt. were reviewed.
