目的：探讨糖尿病足患者社会支持与足部自护行为的相关性。方法对103例住院糖尿病足患者应用“社会支持评定量表”和“糖尿病足部自护行为问卷”进行评估，并分析两者之间的相关性。结果糖尿病足患者足部自护行为总分67．85±6．5，得分指标56．0％，总体处于中等水平。社会支持总分与足部自护行为总分及其某些维度，如足部自查、外出时足部自我管理、日常生活习惯呈显著正相关（P＜0．01，P＜0．05），进一步多元逐步回归分析结果显示，影响患者足部自护行为因素依次为客观支持、社会支持总分、HbA1C、居住情况及性别。结论临床应加强糖尿病足患者自我管理教育，为患者提供有效的社会支持，进而促进足部自护行为。
목적：탐토당뇨병족환자사회지지여족부자호행위적상관성。방법대103례주원당뇨병족환자응용“사회지지평정량표”화“당뇨병족부자호행위문권”진행평고，병분석량자지간적상관성。결과당뇨병족환자족부자호행위총분67．85±6．5，득분지표56．0％，총체처우중등수평。사회지지총분여족부자호행위총분급기모사유도，여족부자사、외출시족부자아관리、일상생활습관정현저정상관（P＜0．01，P＜0．05），진일보다원축보회귀분석결과현시，영향환자족부자호행위인소의차위객관지지、사회지지총분、HbA1C、거주정황급성별。결론림상응가강당뇨병족환자자아관리교육，위환자제공유효적사회지지，진이촉진족부자호행위。
Objective To study the relationship between the protecting behavior with social support of patients with Dia-betes Foot .Methods "Social support scale"and"Self-protecting behavior questionnaire for Diabetic foot"were applicated to 103 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetic foot .Results The total score of protecting behavior was 67 .85 ± 6 .5 ,and the total score target was 56 .0% ,the self-protecting behavior of Diabetes Foot patients was at a moderate level .By Spearson Correlation Analysis ,the overall Self-protecting behavior score and it's dimensions such as foot patrol ,self-control for out-getting and lifestyle were positively related with the overall of social support (P<0 .01 ,P<0 .05) .By stepwise regression a-nalysis ,the factors influenced Self-protecting behavior were objective support ,total social support score ,HbA1C% ,living condition and gender .Conclusion Self-management education for diabetic foot was imperative ,and social support could pro-mote protection behavior effectually .
