目的：探讨超重与偏瘦大学生群体肠道菌群分布是否存在差别,探索两个群体肠道菌群微生态分布特点。方法以 BMI≥24(超重)及 BMI≤18.5(偏瘦)的青岛大学学生为研究对象,用无菌肛试子采集自然排出的新鲜粪便,低速离心后1∶8稀释进行推片行革兰染色,选择菌膜体尾交界染色均匀处3个视野油镜镜检细菌总数、形态特点和各类菌组成比例,通过粪便涂片中细菌总数、革兰阳性杆菌、阴性杆菌、阳性球菌、阴性球菌的比率进行粪便菌群分析。结果超重群体革兰阳性菌比例小于偏瘦群体分别为62.46%和68.44%；超重群体的球菌/杆菌比值为2.66,偏瘦群体球菌/杆菌比值为4.83；超重群体和偏瘦群体球菌 G(+)/G(-)比值分别为1.81和2.00；杆菌中G(+)/G(-)比值分别为1.41和2.45。结论大学生超重与偏瘦群体肠道菌群存在一定差异。
목적：탐토초중여편수대학생군체장도균군분포시부존재차별,탐색량개군체장도균군미생태분포특점。방법이 BMI≥24(초중)급 BMI≤18.5(편수)적청도대학학생위연구대상,용무균항시자채집자연배출적신선분편,저속리심후1∶8희석진행추편행혁란염색,선택균막체미교계염색균균처3개시야유경경검세균총수、형태특점화각류균조성비례,통과분편도편중세균총수、혁란양성간균、음성간균、양성구균、음성구균적비솔진행분편균군분석。결과초중군체혁란양성균비례소우편수군체분별위62.46%화68.44%；초중군체적구균/간균비치위2.66,편수군체구균/간균비치위4.83；초중군체화편수군체구균 G(+)/G(-)비치분별위1.81화2.00；간균중G(+)/G(-)비치분별위1.41화2.45。결론대학생초중여편수군체장도균군존재일정차이。
Objective To compare the intestinal flora species and quantity of overweight and lean group,in order to explore the micro ecological distribution characteristics of intestinal flora of the two groups.Methods The participants were Qingdao University students with BMI≥24(over-weight)or BMI≤18.5(underweight).Sterile anal swab were used to collect natural excretion of fresh feces of participants.After low-speed centrifugation and 1:8 dilution to push pieces,the junction of velum body tail was chosen to dye uniformly by using gram staining.Three horizons of oil microscope were selected to exam the total number of bacteria,morphological characteris-tics and various bacteria composition.Then the floras were analyzed according to the proportion of the total number of bacteria,gram positive bacilli,negative bacilli,positive cocci,and nega-tive cocci in feces smear.Results The proportion of gram-positive bacteria in the overweight group was less than in the lean group.The proportions were 62.46% and 68.44% respectively. The ratio of cocci to bacilli in overweight group was 2.66,and ratio of cocci to bacilli in lean group was 4.83.The radio of G(+)cocci to G(-)cocci examed in groups of overweight and un-derweight were 1.81 and 2.00 respectively.The radio of (G+)bacilli to G(-)bacilli examed in groups of overweight and underweight were 1.41 and 2.45 respectively.Conclusion There is difference in the ratio of intestinal G(+)to G(-)and intestinal cocci to bacilli between overweight and lean groups of college students.
