通过电池组自动电阻焊的实验研究,采用六西格玛理论分析出对自动电阻焊缺陷最显著影响因素,并针对不同的电阻焊缺陷提出改进措施。从改善后的 FEMA 看,各种影响电池组焊接缺陷的因素有很大改善,电阻焊后续制程在手动转自动化过程中,需要采用六西格玛的方法进行质量控制与分析,最终采取适当的改善措施,实现电池组自动电阻焊的质量可靠性保证。

통과전지조자동전조한적실험연구,채용륙서격마이론분석출대자동전조한결함최현저영향인소,병침대불동적전조한결함제출개진조시。종개선후적 FEMA 간,각충영향전지조한접결함적인소유흔대개선,전조한후속제정재수동전자동화과정중,수요채용륙서격마적방법진행질량공제여분석,최종채취괄당적개선조시,실현전지조자동전조한적질량가고성보증。
Through the experimental research of battery′s automatic resistance welding,the most signifi-cant factors influencing the defects of the battery were analyzed based on the six sigma theory,and im-provement measures were proposed aiming at different resistance welding defects.Factor improved from FEMA′s perspective,the various factors that influence the resistance welding defects of the battery pack have been improved greatly;during the resistance welding process changed from manual welding process into automation resistance welding,the Six Sigma theory for quality control and analysis is needed,and appropriate measures must be taken ultimately to improve the quality of battery pack,in order to achieve the reliability of automatic resistance welding.
