柔性制造及虚拟实验系统是将柔性制造技术与虚拟实验技术集成在一起的先进实验系统。设计与构建的柔性制造及虚拟实验系统双向映射,既可独立运行,也可以并行运行。可在虚拟的柔性制造环境下对柔性生产过程的加工、输送、控制、运动等过程进行实时仿真,具有实验无危险、可重复、费用低的特点。柔性制造及虚拟实验系统为学生提供了一个开放、创新、交互的实验平台,满足学生使用先进制造技术进行应用、开发和系统集成的要求。

Flexible manufacture and virtual experiment system is an advanced integration of flexible manu-facture and virtual experiment technology.In the paper,flexible manufacture and virtual experiment sys-tem was designed and constructed which can run independently and concurrently with bidirectional map-ping.The virtual system has the following characteristics:low risk,repeatable and low cost in conducting experiments,by which the flexible manufacturing process can be simulated in real time under virtual flexi-ble manufacture environment.Flexible manufacture and virtual experiment system can provide students with an open,innovative and interactive experiment platform and satisfy students’need for mastering ap-plication,development and system integration of advanced manufacturing technology.
