光纤旋转连接器件广泛应用于从一端高速旋转平台到另一端静止平台过渡时的场合,是光纤信号旋转传输的关键器件。设计一种单通道光纤旋转连接器,能够在较高转速的场合中,将环境里的振动和其他干扰因素隔绝于连接器之外,并在旋转传输过程中利用其机械结构自适应修正光纤转子与光纤定子之间的相对位置和相对运动,保证光纤信号的高效稳定传输。通过仿真分析和静态实验研究了连接器插入损耗与各个方向上变化量的关系。
光纖鏇轉連接器件廣汎應用于從一耑高速鏇轉平檯到另一耑靜止平檯過渡時的場閤,是光纖信號鏇轉傳輸的關鍵器件。設計一種單通道光纖鏇轉連接器,能夠在較高轉速的場閤中,將環境裏的振動和其他榦擾因素隔絕于連接器之外,併在鏇轉傳輸過程中利用其機械結構自適應脩正光纖轉子與光纖定子之間的相對位置和相對運動,保證光纖信號的高效穩定傳輸。通過倣真分析和靜態實驗研究瞭連接器插入損耗與各箇方嚮上變化量的關繫。

Fiber optic rotary joint device,widely used in this transition occasion which transfers from high-speed rotating platform to the other stationary platform,is the key to the fiber optic signal transmission with rotating parts.In the paper,a single channel fiber optic rotary connector was designed to be used in high speed situations and insulate vibration environment and other interference factors outside of the con-nector.During the operation,mechanism was used to adjust the relative position and motion between the rotor and the stator,ensuring the high efficiency and stable transmission of the optical signal.It also inves-tigated the relationship between the connector insertion loss and the variation in all directions through the simulation analysis and static experiments.The device has already applied for the Chinese utility model pa-tent.
