抱罐车是将冶炼产生的热态渣从冶炼厂搬运到渣场的重要设备。对轮胎式抱罐车设备的国内外现状进行梳理。结合当前我国轮胎式抱罐车发展存在的问题，从车体结构、动力系统与功率匹配、动力转向、安全装置和技术等方面总结了轮胎式抱罐车的关键技术，并指出模块化设计、产品系列化、核心部件国产化、控制系统可靠性设计、更节能环保技术等将是我国未来轮胎式抱罐车的发展趋势。

The slag pot carrier is the essential equipment which carries the thermal state slag produced by smelting production from smelting factory to slag field.In the paper,domestic and foreign current devel-opment statuses of slag pot carrier on trackless transport methods were analyzed.The key technology of the slag pot carrier was then summarized from the aspects of the body structure,matching of power sys-tem,power steering system,safety device and technology.It finally points out that the modularization de-sign,series of products,the localization of the core components,design of control system reliability,ener-gy saving and environmental protection technology are the developing trends of China’s slag pot carriers.
