血栓是系统性红斑狼疮的重要临床表现，是由多因素造成的。最重要的危险因素是抗磷脂抗体，但是，大约40％的抗磷脂抗体阴性的患者也发现血栓形成，提示其他危险因素的重要性。因此，血栓形成的危险因素及发病机制应作为常规的评估项目，做到疾病的早发现早诊断早治疗以提高患者预后。

Thrombosis is an important clinical manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE) and is caused by many factors.Anti phospholipid antibody ( APLA) positive is an important feature of SLE.However about 40%of patientes with SLE who are APLA negative have venous thrombosis, which indicates there have other risk factors could involved in SLE.Thus, the risk factors and pathogenesis of venous thrombosis should be act as evaluation sys-tems of SLE to help early diagnosis andtreatment of SLE.
