针对轧机主传动齿轮箱连接螺栓的断裂问题进行了理论和实验研究。建立轧机齿轮箱及连接螺栓的三维模型,基于 Workbench 对齿轮箱主要零件进行结构静力分析及模态分析。重点对连接螺栓进行残余预紧力计算,在受预紧力状态下对连接螺栓进行模态分析,并对比现场实测数据,分析得出外部激励频率与螺栓的固有频率接近导致发生共振,是连接螺栓频繁断裂的主要原因。
針對軋機主傳動齒輪箱連接螺栓的斷裂問題進行瞭理論和實驗研究。建立軋機齒輪箱及連接螺栓的三維模型,基于 Workbench 對齒輪箱主要零件進行結構靜力分析及模態分析。重點對連接螺栓進行殘餘預緊力計算,在受預緊力狀態下對連接螺栓進行模態分析,併對比現場實測數據,分析得齣外部激勵頻率與螺栓的固有頻率接近導緻髮生共振,是連接螺栓頻繁斷裂的主要原因。

Theory and experiment researches on the fracture problem of the connecting bolt for the main drive gearbox of rolling mill were carried out.The 3D model of the gearbox and the connecting bolt were first established,and then the structure and modal analysis of the main parts of gearbox were carried out based on Workbench.The residual pre tightening force of the connecting bolt was calculated emphatically, and the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the bolt in pre tightening state were analyzed.By com-paring the theoretical results with the experimental measured data,the resonance phenomenon that caused by the external excitation frequency which is close to the natural frequency of bolt was found,which is the main reason which lead to the bolt fracture.
