以行星滚柱丝杠副为研究对象，对其热源进行分析并且计算摩擦力矩和发热量；继而将其作为边界条件分析行星滚柱丝杠副的热特性，采用 ANSYS 热分析模块对其在不同转速和不同冷却液流量下进行分析，得到中空行星滚柱丝杠的温升曲线，并分析了相关因素的影响；最后对行星滚柱丝杠副热变形抑制方法进行了探讨。
以行星滾柱絲槓副為研究對象，對其熱源進行分析併且計算摩抆力矩和髮熱量；繼而將其作為邊界條件分析行星滾柱絲槓副的熱特性，採用 ANSYS 熱分析模塊對其在不同轉速和不同冷卻液流量下進行分析，得到中空行星滾柱絲槓的溫升麯線，併分析瞭相關因素的影響；最後對行星滾柱絲槓副熱變形抑製方法進行瞭探討。

Taking a planetary roller screw as the research object,the friction torque and heat were calculat-ed,and the thermal characteristics of the planetary roller screw were analysed in different speeds and dif-ferent coolant flows by means of the ANSYS thermal analysis module in this paper.It got the temperature field distributions of the planetary roller screw in different working conditions,and then analysed the im-pact of relevant factors.Finally the control methods of thermal deformation were discussed.
