提出并研究了伴随体液反应且带有两个分布时滞的病毒感染模型。通过构造合适的Lyapunov函数得出了该模型的全局稳定性是由两个基本再生数R0和R1决定的，并且当R0≤1时，无感染平衡点E0是全局渐近稳定的。此时，病毒会被清除。当R1≤1＜R0时，无B细胞感染平衡点E1为全局渐近稳定的。这种情况下，此时感染为慢性的但并不伴随B细胞反应。当R1＞1时，携带B细胞感染平衡点E2是全局渐近稳定的。在这种情况下，感染为慢性的且伴随持久的B细胞反应。最后，利用数值仿真来证实以上结论分析的正确性。

The global stability of an in-host viral model of B cells with saturated infection rate and distributed intracellular delays is investigated .By structuring suitable Lyapunov function and using LaSalle's invariance princi-ple, the global stability of the three equilibriums is obtained .The uninfected equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable if R0≤1.The infected equilibrium without B cells response is globally asymptotically stable if R1≤1 and R0 >1.The infected equilibrium with B cells response is globally asymptotically stable if R1 >1.Finally, each analysis is confirmed by the numerical simulations .
