选用4只体重28 kg左右且安装永久瘤胃瘘管羯羊[萨福克(Suffolk)♂×小尾寒羊(small tail Han-yang)♀],采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,通过消化代谢试验,研究饲料中不同含量葡萄渣单宁对绵羊养分消化代谢及瘤胃发酵的影响。试验共设4个处理,葡萄渣缩合单宁含量分别为0.00,0.85,1.70和2.25 g/kg DM。结果表明,葡萄渣单宁对绵羊干物质、有机物、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、钙和磷的表观消化率没有产生显著影响(P>0.05),但显著提高绵羊氮表观消化率和存留率(P<0.05);显著降低绵羊瘤胃液总氮和蛋白氮浓度而显著提高尿素氮浓度(P<0.05),对绵羊瘤胃液氨氮浓度没有产生显著的影响(P>0.05);显著提高绵羊瘤胃液丙酸摩尔比而显著降低丁酸摩尔比和乙丙比(P<0.05),对绵羊瘤胃液pH、总挥发性脂肪酸浓度和乙酸及其他酸摩尔比没有产生显著的影响(P>0.05)。此外,试验结果表明饲料中添加2.25 g/kg DM含量的葡萄渣单宁,能够提高绵羊对饲料蛋白质的利用率。

선용4지체중28 kg좌우차안장영구류위루관갈양[살복극(Suffolk)♂×소미한양(small tail Han-yang)♀],채용4×4랍정방시험설계,통과소화대사시험,연구사료중불동함량포도사단저대면양양분소화대사급류위발효적영향。시험공설4개처리,포도사축합단저함량분별위0.00,0.85,1.70화2.25 g/kg DM。결과표명,포도사단저대면양간물질、유궤물、중성세조섬유、산성세조섬유、개화린적표관소화솔몰유산생현저영향(P>0.05),단현저제고면양담표관소화솔화존류솔(P<0.05);현저강저면양류위액총담화단백담농도이현저제고뇨소담농도(P<0.05),대면양류위액안담농도몰유산생현저적영향(P>0.05);현저제고면양류위액병산마이비이현저강저정산마이비화을병비(P<0.05),대면양류위액pH、총휘발성지방산농도화을산급기타산마이비몰유산생현저적영향(P>0.05)。차외,시험결과표명사료중첨가2.25 g/kg DM함량적포도사단저,능구제고면양대사료단백질적이용솔。
Four sheep (Suffolk♂×small tail Han-yang♀)of average weight 28 kg were fitted with permanent rumen fistula to investigate the effects of tannins from grape pomace on digestion,metabolism and rumen fer-mentation in sheep in a 4×4 Latin square design experiment.Condensed tannin (CT)contents in treatments 1, 2,3 and 4 were 0.00,0.85,1.70 and 2.25 g/kg DM,respectively.Tannins from grape pomace did not signifi-cantly impact the apparent digestibility of dry matter,organic matter,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,calcium and phosphorus.However,it significantly (P<0.05)improved the apparent digestibility and retention of nitrogen.It also significantly (P<0.05)reduced the concentration of total nitrogen and protein ni-trogen and raised the concentration of urea nitrogen in ruminal fluid,but did not significantly influence the con-centration of ammonia nitrogen.In addition,it significantly (P<0.05)increased the propionate molar ratio but reduced the butyrate molar ratio and acetate/propionate ratio.It did not significantly affect the pH,the concentration of total volatile fatty acid,acetate and other acids molar ratio in ruminal fluid.It is concluded that 2.25 g/kg DM tannins from grape pomace can improve feed protein utilization.
