针对兖矿国宏化工有限责任公司50万t/a甲醇项目鲁奇低温甲醇洗装置酸气浓度较低的问题,依据德国鲁奇公司提供的低温甲醇洗物料平衡表,对热再生塔和甲醇水分离塔进行了物料平衡计算。计算结果表明,CO2浓度为65.682%,降低CO2含量可提高酸气浓度,故采取了关闭预洗甲醇调节阀、提高酸气浓度的操作方法,使酸气中H2 S浓度由32%上升至44%。
針對兗礦國宏化工有限責任公司50萬t/a甲醇項目魯奇低溫甲醇洗裝置痠氣濃度較低的問題,依據德國魯奇公司提供的低溫甲醇洗物料平衡錶,對熱再生塔和甲醇水分離塔進行瞭物料平衡計算。計算結果錶明,CO2濃度為65.682%,降低CO2含量可提高痠氣濃度,故採取瞭關閉預洗甲醇調節閥、提高痠氣濃度的操作方法,使痠氣中H2 S濃度由32%上升至44%。

In allusion to problem that the concentration of acid gas is relatively lower in the Lurgi Rectisol plant of methanol project with a capacity of 500 000 t/a in the Yankuang Guohong Chemical Engineering Company Ltd. , material based on material balance list of Rectisol plant, provided by German Lurgi Company, material balance calculation was made for the heat regeneration tower and methanol water separation tower. Calculating result indicates that CO2 concentration is 65. 682%, decreasing CO2 content can increase the acid gas concentration, therefore adopting these operating methods, such as closing the adjusting valve for prewashing methanol and increasing acid gas concentration, that can make increasing the H2 S of acid gas concentration from 32% to 44%.
