河南龙宇煤化工有限公司50万t/a甲醇项目采用壳牌干粉加压煤气化工艺。分析了壳牌气化炉压差(13PDI007)快速上涨的原因,提出了三元配煤法(本地精煤∶本地原料煤∶外地原料煤按1∶1∶2配煤)的解决方案。实施效果表明:①有效地遏制了压差的快速增长,气化炉压差逐步下降并稳定在15~16 kPa;②原料煤用量降低100 t/d;③气化炉负荷仍保持在100%。

Shell dried, pulverized and pressurized coal gasification process was adopted in project of methanol with a capacity of 500 000 t/a in Henan Longyu Coal Chemical-Engineering Company Ltd. , author has analyzed the reason for rapidly increased pressure drop (13PDI007) in Shell gasifi-er, has proposed the solution scheme for ternary coal blending method (local fine coal∶local raw coal∶nonlocal raw coal=1∶1∶2). Executive effect indi-cates that:①Rapidly increased pressure drop is effectively restrained, pressure drop of gasifier is gradually decreased and stabilized at 15~16 kPa;②Raw coal quantity usedis decreased by 100 t/d;③Load of gasifier is still maintained at 100%.
