目的：探讨胎盘多肽注射液联合化疗对胃癌患者生活质量的影响。方法将62例胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各31例，对照组采用FOLFOX方案化疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用胎盘多肽注射液，21天为1个疗程，共进行2个疗程。采用QLQ-C30量表观察两组患者生活质量的变化、并测量患者的体重的变化、卡氏评分以及毒副作用。结果观察组治疗后体重、卡氏评分明显高于治疗前与对照组（P＜0.05），治疗后观察组总体生活质量明显好于对照组与治疗前（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组患者毒副反应明显低于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论胎盘多肽注射液联合FOLFOX方案可以提高患者生活质量，改善胃癌患者体力状况，减轻由化疗引起的不良反应。
목적：탐토태반다태주사액연합화료대위암환자생활질량적영향。방법장62례위암환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각31례，대조조채용FOLFOX방안화료，관찰조재대조조적기출상가용태반다태주사액，21천위1개료정，공진행2개료정。채용QLQ-C30량표관찰량조환자생활질량적변화、병측량환자적체중적변화、잡씨평분이급독부작용。결과관찰조치료후체중、잡씨평분명현고우치료전여대조조（P＜0.05），치료후관찰조총체생활질량명현호우대조조여치료전（P＜0.05）；치료후관찰조환자독부반응명현저우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론태반다태주사액연합FOLFOX방안가이제고환자생활질량，개선위암환자체력상황，감경유화료인기적불량반응。
Objective To explore the placenta polypeptide injection combined with chemother-apy for improving quality of life in patients with gastric cancer .Methods Sixty-two cases of prostatitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 31 ca-ses in each group .The patients in control group were treated with regimen chemotherapy of FOLFOX, while patients in the observation group were treated with placenta polypeptide injec-tion on the basis of FOLFOX for a total of 2 courses, every course for 21 d.QLQ-C30 scale was used to observe the quality of life in two groups .The weight , Karnofsky score and toxicity were measured.Results The body weight and Karnofsky score in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment and in control group ( P<0.05 ); the pa-tient’ s overall quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that before and in control group after treatment ( P<0.05 );the side effects in observation group were sig-nificantly lower than those in control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The placenta polypep-tide injection combined with FOLFOX regimen could improve the life quality of the patients with gastric cancer , improve physical condition , and reduce the adverse effects caused by chemotherapy .
