目的:了解儿科患儿家属对人性化服务的满意度情况,为医院在儿科人性化服务方面的建设提供依据。方法选取新疆某三甲医院儿科住院患儿家属150人作为调查对象,自行编制调查表对患者家属进行满意度调查分析。结果患儿家属总体满意度较高;不同性别的患儿家属对医院儿科提供人性化服务的服务效率、态度及就诊环境存在差异(P <0.05);不同年龄的患儿家属对就诊环境满意度存在差异(P <0.05)。结论儿科人性化服务意识在伴随医院发展过程中有所提高,患者家属满意度较高,但仍需通过加强医疗服务环境建设、改善医疗护理模式、重视医院管理环境建设及加强医护人员素质的建设等方面来进一步提高满意程度。

목적:료해인과환인가속대인성화복무적만의도정황,위의원재인과인성화복무방면적건설제공의거。방법선취신강모삼갑의원인과주원환인가속150인작위조사대상,자행편제조사표대환자가속진행만의도조사분석。결과환인가속총체만의도교고;불동성별적환인가속대의원인과제공인성화복무적복무효솔、태도급취진배경존재차이(P <0.05);불동년령적환인가속대취진배경만의도존재차이(P <0.05)。결론인과인성화복무의식재반수의원발전과정중유소제고,환자가속만의도교고,단잉수통과가강의료복무배경건설、개선의료호리모식、중시의원관리배경건설급가강의호인원소질적건설등방면래진일보제고만의정도。
Objectives To investigate the satisfaction degree of humanization care in pediatric department of a class A tertiary Hospital,to provide scientific evidence for the hospital's development in relating aspect.Methods 1 50 children patients'family members were selected from the pediatric clinic of one Xinjiang tertiary hospital and the in-vestigation was conducted among them with questionnaires about their satisfaction with the medical care.The re-sults were analyzed.Results Families of children were satisfied in general.Family members of different gender thought differently of the efficiency of humanized service,service attitude and medical circumstances (all P <0.05). Families members'satisfaction degree about the clinic environment differs with their age(P <0.05).Conclusions The department's awareness of humanized medical care improved as hospital grew and patients'family members' satisfaction degree was high.Efforts should be made in the aspects of strengthening the construction of medical service environment,improving the medical care,focusing more on management and upgrading of the quality of the medical staff to promote better satisfaction.
