目的:探讨医科院校大学生心理健康现状及其影响因素,提出相应的健康管理策略,为改善该人群的心理状况提供相关依据。方法采用自编问卷结合相关量表进行调查,运用 Epidata 3.0、SPSS 11.5对数据进行录入、统计分析。结果医科院校大学生心理亚健康检出率为6.20%,其中强迫症、人际关系敏感、精神病性突出;单因素 Logistic 回归分析共19个变量进入回归方程;多因素 Logistic 回归分析,不同地区来源、是否独生子女、人际关系因子、学习压力因子、人际关系困扰得分分级、父亲偏爱被试进入回归方程,这些为医科院校大学生心理亚健康影响因素。结论医科院校大学生心理亚健康现状良好,但强迫症、人际关系敏感、精神病性突出,需有针对性地对待,为学生创造一个健康和谐的环境。

Objectives To analyze the status of medical students'mental health and influencing factors and pro-pose health management strategy for improving psychological conditions. Methods A survey was conducted by self-designed questionnaire combined with relevant scales through the use of Epidate 3.0、SPSS18.0 statistical analy-sis.Results The percentage of psychological sub-health among medical students was 6.20% especially in aspects of obsessive-compulsive disorder,interpersonal sensitivity and psychoticism. The result of univariate Logistic regres-sion analysis indicated that 1 9 variables had significant differences in regression equation. And multivariate Logistic regression analysis indicated that relevant influencing factors about medical students'psychological sub-health inclu-ding different regional sources ,whether the one-child ,interpersonal factors ,study pressure ,the score grading of interpersonal distress and father's preference.Conclusions The situation of medical students'psychological sub-health was slightly good while obsessive-compulsive disorder,interpersonal sensitivity and psychoticism draw atten-tion. An effective method should be taken for improving the psychological health of medical students.
